Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs clearance, or weather conditions).


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package’s status.


Preorders & Backorders

If an item is listed as a preorder or backorder, the expected shipping date will be displayed on the product page. Orders containing such items will ship once all products are available unless otherwise stated.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by carriers once an order has been marked “delivered.”
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local carrier first before reaching out to us.


Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


International Shipping (if applicable)

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
